The Art of T1 is a very difficult style of fighting to learn, but it's rewards are greater and it's fights amazing. However, I did say it would be difficult. And it is, ridiculously so. I'll walk you through it, and maybe one day you too can be a Master of T1.
First thing you have to do, is know who you are and who your opponent is. This comes with descriptions you provide for each other. Once you have that, you know what the characters look like, some of their abilities, and weaknesses etc.
Second thing to do before you start fighting, is know how to RP, at least basically. I said T1 is a hard style, but if you can't even do basic actions, you are shit out of luck. Read the rules through this site to help you.
Lastly, know what T1 is. T1 is a realistic style. Meaning you have to use detail and make the battle believable. This means that sending your hand to my gut will result in me deleting your gay ass post. Are we clear? You must also give the opponent a chance to defend. Meaning, if you suddenly hit me without preping yourself, I will delete your post.
Now, to learn how to fight. As I mentioned before about preping, that is where the battle comes into life. you cannot instantly attack me with some punch, you have to prepare it. An example:
As I stepped forward, I reared my right arm back, my shoulders moving along with it, and clenching it into a fist, preparing to send it forth in a punch motion towards your face. The second my arm was reached back as far as I could go, I sent my fist forward to your face.
This is a basic prep. Nothing special, and mainly used by beginners. As you grow, you'll learn to make your moves stronger and harder to block. Now that an attack prep was done, we move onto defense.
Leaning my head to the right, your fist would fly by my ear, gently grazing the skin as my body went down, going into a dodge/duck motion.
This would be a basic dodge. You apply the same type of motions for counters, as shown here.
My hand would be sent upward in a fast motion, but firm. My hand cupped, it would catch your fist. Then, turning my body in a spin, I would use the momentum you threw into your punch to send you forward, off balance, into the ground.
Now, heres some basic guidlines to go with while fighting.
1. YOU ARE NOT A GOD. IF YOU THINK YOU ARE TRY GOING AGAINST AN ADMINISTRATOR DELETE YOU POWER!
2. how respect for all characters, including newbies. You were once one, too.
3. Follow how to fight and commit it to heart. Until you are actually good at it, don't pretend to be. You are a newb, and you know it.
4. Don't forget to prepare. T1 is all about detail. If you fail to remember to keep yourself covered for an attack, and you get hit, your fault, no one else's.
5. Lastly, have honor. If you lose, it's only your fault. There is no one, or nothing else to blame but yourself. Move on, there'll always be a battlefield.
If you want, you may PM me on advanced T1 studies, and some basic advice. You may also consult any of the mods here, as well.

How to Pen&Paper Roleplay
Alright...so...you just came on here and want to know how to start a roleplay. Well....here...
First..you start out with the scenery.
A setting...
+ What year is it?
+ Is there technology?
+ What kind of weather is there?
+ What does the scenery look like? Is it just a smooth, grassy plain or is it a rocky mountain side with a lot of loose rocks?
+Are there any plants or roaming animals around?
+ If it's in a city, what are the other people doing?
+etc.
After you make the scenery...maybe you want to describe just random people walking around you...
+What race is he? Human? Elf? Dwarf? Alein?
+ What does he look like? Strong and slow? Small and fast? Or maybe strong and fast and slow and small.
+ Does the person have any weapons?
+Male or female? Can you even you tell?
+ What's he wearing?
+ From physical appearance, what might be a guess to there weakness? If he's giant then he might be slow but! that means he can probably withstand more attack.
+What color of skin?
etc....
T1
T1 is basically just fighting.
Like all your other posts you want the post to be detailed to the exetreme. You also want to be realistic. Read rule 8 to see what I'm talking about on realism.
Show emotions too......
If I shot you.... then you should be pissed off at me.
I'm going to stop here and let other people add...
